2024 MNCFPA Cottage Food Conference and Legislative Town Hall Meeting

This year’s conference is packed with information to help grow your business in 2024.
On Sunday the sessions include How to Test Water Activity in Your Home, Marketing Tips and Social Media, Hands on Cookie Decorating, and Q&A session. For those who attend in person and spend the night there will be a hotel reception following the sessions. Giving you a great opportunity to mingle with fellow cottage food producers!
At 7pm we have invited lawmakers, MDA Commissioner Thom Peterson, and Assistant Commissioner Patrice Bailey and are hosting a town hall meeting. This will be a great opportunity to meet and ask questions of those who influence cottage foods here in Minnesota. Please note that you do not need to participate in the conference to attend the town hall.
On Monday we will continue the conference with the following sessions, 2024 Legislative Update, MDA Update, Food Safety, pH Demonstration & How pH Impacts Products, and How to Create Product Labels.
